During BS I was told, accountability is important, being transparent will show all your flaws. "Huh? But if you show all your flaws, won't you be seen as the loser?". Showing your flaws give others the chance to correct you to allow you to have the correct attitude and character. Your scolding will mould me into a better person with stronger discipline. I was pissed, but I was being childish. I am learning, give me time for I am not a genius. Thank you =)
